Design Your Own Wrapping Paper
There’s only three days until Christmas! Now that the birdhouse Sam made as a surprise for his parents is finished, he has to wrap it up. He adds ribbons and bows to the gift to give it a creative flair.
Making wrapping paper allows everyone a chance to express their own creativity: recycling newspapers and magazines, using markers and glitter to draw on blank paper, or even making potato stamps of interesting shapes and stamping them all over. For a finishing touch, here are a few name tags that you and your child can print out and add to the gift — plus they can practice writing names!
